Angaya Podi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Dhaniya (coriander seeds) - 2 tablespoons
  • Neem Flower - 2 teaspoons
  • Sundaikkai Vathal - 2 teaspoons
  • Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - To taste

Method:

  1. Heat a heavy-bottomed pan and add all the ingredients.
  2. Dry fry the ingredients until they are well roasted.
  3. Let the mixture cool down.
  4. Grind all the ingredients in a mixer to a fine powder.
  5. Serve the Angaya Podi with hot rice and ghee.

This powder is excellent for digestive health and helps soothe the stomach.
