Vazhaipazha Pachidi (Banana Pachidi)

Introduction:

Method:

    • Pour the tempered oil and seasonings over the banana mixture and mix thoroughly.
  3. Prepare the Curd Mixture:

    • Beat the curd until smooth.
    • Add 1/2 cup water to the curd and mix well.
  4. Combine:

    • Pour the beaten curd into the banana mixture and mix gently until well combined.
